Preparing your paperwork

Please come 15 minutes before your appointment to do paperwork with the help of our Office Manager.
In the exam room:
three things to know
We listen
This is a judgment-free zone. If you have any oral health worries or fears, you can feel comfortable sharing them. We care about making you feel at home and are here to guide you to the best results.
We look
Your new patient dental exam includes x-rays and/or panoramic radiographs to get a clear look at things you might not see or feel. Your dentist will also examine your teeth, gums, and mouth. It’s all part of seeing the big picture so you get the care you need.
We discuss
Your dentist actively engages with you through the exam process. The care we provide is completely transparent, so you’ll know what we find — and how we can best solve it — at every step.
Your care plan
After your exam, you’ll probably be thinking… so, what's next? We provide a highly individualized plan. It will address problems bothering you now and also give you a game plan for your long-term oral health.Your call
Your questions are always welcome and you always have the final say in your treatment. Your office manager will be at your side to guide you regarding your care plan, insurance coverage, financing, and more.
Peace of Mind Promise
You’ll leave our office with a copy of your dental treatment plan, which includes a clear, detailed estimate of the cost of your recommended treatments. If your treatment plan includes dentures and you're not satisfied with them, we will make them right — or you get your money back.

No risks. Healthy rewards.
Remember, your initial comprehensive exam is free if you don't have insurance. It’s a no-risk way to learn the status of your oral health and how your Aspen Dental team can help you. If you want a second opinion, no problem — you can obtain a copy of your exam results and x-rays at no charge.
