Arwinder Judge, DDS

Dr. Judge currently serves as vice president of clinical support for Aspen Dental Management, Inc. (ADMI). As clinical liaison to more than 460 dentists across the Aspen Dental network, he has a unique birds-eye view of overall trends in dentistry.

In addition to practicing dentistry for more than 15 years, Dr. Judge has owned six dental practices and remains an active member of a number of professional organizations, including the American Dental Association and New York State Dental Association. He has been recognized twice by the New York State Dental Association for his dedication to the profession and patient care.

A 1995 graduate of the New York University College of Dentistry, Dr. Judge has particular expertise in restorative and prosthodontic care.

Scott Dickinson, DMD

After spending nearly two years as managing clinical director at Aspen Dental in Dewitt, NY, Dr. Dickinson recently became director of clinical support for ADMI, working closely with dentists and Aspen Dental office teams to improve patient service and ensure that patients get the care they need. This role aligns perfectly with his strengths as a clinician – Dr. Dickinson’s patients and colleagues cite his stellar chairside manner and commitment to patient care as hallmarks of his practice.

Dr. Dickinson began his dental career in the military, serving as general dental officer at the U.S. Army base in Fort Drum, NY. From there, he spent a number of years in private dental practice, and owned his own dental practice for five years prior to joining Aspen Dental.

A member of numerous professional societies, including the American Dental Association, Dr. Dickinson received his degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in 1998.

Maureen Howes, RDH, MS

With nearly 25 years of experience, Maureen is an expert in all aspects of dental hygiene, including periodontal maintenance, oral prophylaxis, fluoride treatments and patient education. Since 2006, she has been director of hygiene services for ADMI, where she serves as a liaison to dental hygienists at Aspen Dental locations nationwide and oversees hygiene initiatives.

A member of the American Dental Hygienists’ Association, Maureen is a passionate educator – she has been a dental hygiene instructor, serves as a dental hygiene examiner with the North East Regional Board of Dental Examiners, and regularly provides continuing education to dental professionals throughout New York state.

Kasey P.

As director of communications at Aspen Dental Management, Inc., Kasey is responsible for overseeing both internal and external communications for the Aspen Dental network of practices, including media relations and Aspen Dental’s social media channels. Prior to joining ADMI, Kasey spent nearly a decade working at Fleishman-Hillard in New York. She received her master’s degree in public relations from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University.

Mark F.

A communications manager at Aspen Dental Management, Inc., Mark has spent more than seven years providing both internal and external communications support, and has extensive experience working with dentists and hygienists throughout the Aspen Dental network to communicate the Aspen Dental story. He has worked in a number of marketing communications positions at organizations including the American Red Cross Blood Services (Central New York) and Carrier Corporation. Mark has extensive experience in the news media business, having served as a reporter for both the Associated Press and United Press International. He received his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in journalism from the Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University in Evanston, IL.
