Welcome to our blog. Aspen Dental is one of the largest and fastest-growing networks of dental care providers in the U.S., with more than 330 locations in 22 states. But regardless of the office in which they are located, dental professionals across the Aspen Dental network share a simple, common purpose: Helping patients get the care they need.

One of the benefits of having such a large footprint – network wide, Aspen Dental practices logged nearly 2.2 million patient visits in 2011 alone – is that we can offer a unique perspective on the dental industry as a whole, including trends in patient care, barriers that prevent patients seeking regular dental treatment, and common concerns about oral health.

Comment Guidelines

To help ensure that the dialogue remains productive and respectful, we ask that you adhere to the following guidelines:

  • First, and most importantly, we ask that all community members share opinions in a respectful way and be respectful of the opinions of others.
  • We reserve the right to delete comments that contain discriminatory, offensive, obscene, inflammatory, or otherwise objectionable statements, language or content. Additionally, comments that are interpreted as spam or harassment will be removed.
  • Private messages and email correspondence between Aspen Dental staff and members of this community should not be reposted here and will be removed. This is to protect the privacy of our staff and our community members.
  • Records will be kept of all comments that are deleted for the above reasons, and we reserve the right to block or delete repeat offenders of this policy.

Patient Satisfaction & Complaints

We’ll do our best to respond to questions or posts in a timely manner. However, this blog is not the most ideal forum for us to quickly address or resolve complaints or customer service issues that a patient may encounter at an Aspen Dental office.
